Day 01 Arrive Cochin Arrive at Cochin Airport/ Railway station. At the airport/ railway station get welcomed by our representative. Get transferred to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 Cochin After the breakfast take a Morning sightseeing tour of Cochin or "Kochi"- the palm green, commercial capital of Kerala. Cochin is well known for its finest natural harbours& is also called the "Queen of the Arabian Sea". As history has it in the olden times, Arab, Chinese, Dutch and British and Portuguese seafarers followed the sea route to Kochi and left their imprint on the town. Modern Kochi is thus a marvelous mosaic of these countless impressions. Take a tour of Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the Church of St. Francis and the famous Chinese fishing nets. After lunch watch the Kathakali dance performance - Kathakali is one of the major forms of classical Indian dance which has a 2000 year old history.Kathakali is a group presentation and has more than 100 different 'mudras' or gesture portraying deities, demons, heroes, heroines and kings. - each based on episodes from the Mahabharata and Ramayana, the two epic Indian myths. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 Cochin – Alleppey – Houseboat In the morning you drive to Alleppey (60 kms) and board traditional rice boats - "Kettuvallam" and travel on through the picturesque backwaters and small lakes relaxing in the calmness of Kerala's beautiful scenery. Get to have the feel of life and activity of the local people.Here you stay in the one bedroom house with a lounge.Meals will be cookedon board with freshly bought produce from the local markets and served fresh. Spend overnight on board.

Day 04 Kumarakom In the morning after breakfastyou sail to Kumarakom. Your journey is through inlandwaterways and breathtaking backwaters of Kumarakom. Disembark from the boat and Check-in at hotel. Kumarakom - is a beautiful backwater village on the shores of the enchanting Vembanad Lake, criss crossed with meandering waterways and ancient cottages. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05 Kumarakom – Munnar After morning breakfast your voyage starts with drive to the beautiful hill station of Munnar (90 kms). Upon arrival, check-in at hotel.Munnar is at an altitude of 1600 to 1800 Mts above sea level. Munnar is a town and hill station housing world's highest tea-growing estates. Beyond these estates are rich tropical forests that houses avariety of wildlife such as Nilgiri Langur, Sambhar, Gaur, Elephant and Lion-tailed Macaques. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 Munnar – Periyar Post breakfast, drive to Ervikulam National Park (16 kms).Ervikulam National Park is the most sought after destination in Munnar. This park houses endangered NilgiriTahr (a type of mountain goat) that roams on a stretch of grassland or is seen climbing the pinnacles of the undulating hills. Drive to Periyar (150 kms). Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07 Periyar Periyar National Park is a nature's prized asset with great picturesque charm. Periyar- spreadingacross an area of 777 sq. kms. of the Cardamom Hills of the Western Ghats, Thekkady is the home to one of the largest wildlife reserves in India. Rich with exotic flora and vibrant wildlife, it is the perfect getaway tucked away among forest hills. Enjoy afternoon, game viewing cruise on Periyar Lake in the cool surroundings. Zealously guarded and efficiently managed the panorama spreads around - tropical jungles, wild elephants, Indian gaur, monkeys, spotted deer, barking deer, wild boar and birds of myriad varieties. You may even find many animals coming to the water's edge. You may observe elephants at close quarters from the safety of a boat. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 Periyar – Cochin – Onward Destination Enjoy leisurely morning at Periyar. Later our representative transfersyou to Cochin airport (95 kms) to connect you to your flight for onward journey to your destination.
